Man Woman Makeover

Bounce was tasked with elevating the annual Man and Woman of the Year Gala while increasing revenue and acting as the liaison between the venue and the client through a series of Kick off events leading up to the Grand Finale.

Having never attended a Man and Woman of the year Gala, we booked our tickets to the first Man and Woman of the Year Gala in Boston where we offered to volunteer to get a behind the scenes glimpse at what to expect. 

We observed the flow of registration, venue orientation, the display of the silent auction and paid particular attention to any potential troubleshooting needs that could arise.  We recapped with our client on what worked well and how we planned to improve upon it. Bounce  explored ways to incentivize Candidates to raise more money while also elevating design elements.

Elevating the MWOY brand accelerated the legitimacy of the event which attracted higher profile candidates to participate from land developers to Neurosurgeons, ultimately resulting in a record breaking Gala hitting their 1.2 million dollar goal and inducting one candidate into the National All Star hall of fame- The man or woman who had raised the most across the entire U.S.
