Tumbles is a growing kids’ gym and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) franchise with the mission of shaping minds and bodies of the future. Based on developmental milestones, Tumbles programs encourage kids to get active, take measured risks, explore independently, and interact with their peers in a fun, safe and clean environment.
We worked with Tumbles to develop customer messaging and their franchise pitch so they would stand out from other children’s gyms in a burgeoning youth fitness market. We built relationships with a network of reporters and writers in each of their franchise markets, handled all of their SEO/SEM and designed digital campaigns for both social and re-targeting.
With coordination at both the franchisor and franchisee level, we were able to position Tumbles as an industry-leader, attract new customers, secure earned media across the country, and deliver sold-out Grand Openings for each of their locations.
Our job was to raise public awareness to Tumbles franchise Grand Opening locations in several different states through earned media and social media platforms.
We helped Tumbles hone in on their pitch about what made Tumbles stand out from other children’s gyms and built relationships with a network of reporters in writers in each city. Bounce was able to position Tumbles as a leader in the industry and secured several write-ups about the Grand Opening and what Tumbles was all about.
We designed ads used in various social platforms to drive impressions and clicks for pre-opening registrations. Through these ads, we were able to drive awareness about the Grand Openings and increase attendance.
