With an aggressive fundraising goal of $1.75 million, The American Heart Association was seeking a "Team of Yes” to oversee high-level event logistics while supporting their Heart Walk fundraising efforts.
Bounce’s goal is always to exceed the expectations of our clients while creating an unforgettable experience for guests. We quickly stepped in and identified Heart Walk’s pain points and created documents to relieve the strain on Heart Walk Staff. We began to compile and update their current list of working documents while also creating and assigning logistic and outreach tasks for the entire event cycle. Our team focused on permitting,concepting, vendor and volunteer outreach, served as the venue liaison and designed 150+ items of event collateral from pamphlets to vinyl team banners. With the creation of a master spreadsheet, contact list and event run of show, we were able to execute the Heart Walk seamlessly without a hitch
Heart’s exceptional fundraising numbers resulted in a high number of promotional signage and other collateral for their annual Heart Walk. Bounce implemented an inventory process to assure no sponsor, team or area signage was left behind. Bounce inventoried, designed and printed over 100+ pieces of event collateral from Save the Dates to vinyl team banners.
As COVID-19 began to impact the event industry, Bounce quickly switched gears to alternative plans of execution for Heart Walk. By taking all of the essential elements and putting Heart Walk's main goals at the forefront of the brainstorming sessions, Bounce was able to quickly develop three fully fleshed out plans to present to the Heart Walk team. In order to keep all the details well organized and easy to follow, the three plans were hosted on a fully designed website. Heart Walk was then presented with a link to a completely customized and branded website with three action plans that adhered to their event. Each plan was thoughtfully crafted to consider different levels of threat from COVID-19 to provide Heart Walk with options to fall back on regardless of the severity of the situation at the time of their event. The first plan included modifications to their in-person event to ensure participant and staff safety. The second plan outlined the event with complete social distancing measures. The third plan was taking the event onto an entirely virtual platform. With these in mind, Heart Walk could feel assured that Bounce was prepared for any given situation.
