With a vast amount of open spaces and the goal of accessibility, we took user- centric principles to create a site that would be easily navigated. Additionally, we streamlined the venue reservation process to enhance and facilitate communication on both sides of the transaction.
As the community has expanded into more residential pockets and retail spaces, there was a goal of creating a strong sense of community among residents and retail owners. Through creative and strategic brainstorming, we've delivered on brand community wide events to bring neighbors together.
Maintaining the familiar sense of community, but adjusting to COVID-19 impediments was a fun, but delicate challenge. We creatively concepted a hybrid event that kept everyone safe and still brought connection amongst the community. A virtual talent show alongside a drive through for goodie boxes filled with retail partner items brought a huge turnout of participation.
