For six years, Bounce served as the agency of record for both the Parade of Homes and the Tour of Homes, two of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin's best-known event franchises and primary organizational fundraisers.
We had a singular vision for what we could bring to the Parade of Homes - sell 10,000 tickets over two weeks and bring enough qualified leads to the Parade so that every featured home would have a buyer. We're so happy we succeeded at both.
Bounce partnered with the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin to roll out an exclusive Preview Night for guests to catch a sneak peek of the following weeks’ Parade of Homes. We planned and executed the marketing, vendor and community outreach, permitting, lighting and AV distribution and acted as the liaison between the event and the presenting developer. Bounce stepped in to elevate the night by creating a magical space where invitees could enjoy live music, local cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, giveaways and a 3-hour program.
We always started with the HBA more than nine months out from each Parade of Homes, consulting with developers, builders, vendors and other stakeholders on how best to position their brands. From there, we concepted and built a comprehensive and integrated mar-com plan that included print, billboard and radio buys, as well as highly targeted digital, retargeting and social media campaigns. When it was time to execute the event, we designed, produced and promoted the Parade from all corners - early morning live media feeds to yard signs to participant tickets.
